Agre Urban Design Co., Ltd. (TSE: 3467), a Tokyo-based real-estate developer whose core business is designing, building and selling detached houses under its own "Agresio" brand, reported record results for the fiscal year ended March 2026. Under Japanese GAAP, consolidated revenue rose 20.3% to ¥36.98 billion, gross profit rose 23.6% to ¥6.59 billion, operating profit climbed 28.7% to ¥3.28 billion, ordinary profit rose 23.8% to ¥2.78 billion and net profit attributable to owners rose 22.2% to ¥1.93 billion — record highs across revenue and every profit line. EPS was ¥335.60.

Housing business drives the top line

The Housing segment delivered revenue up 12.3% to ¥30.37 billion and ordinary profit up 17.3% to ¥3.28 billion, handing over 376 detached houses (¥28.53 billion, +20.2%) plus 16 residential lots and other items. Agre focused on acquiring quality building land and on its in-house design and construction-management model, and stepped up social-media-based direct sales; a sales division created in April 2024 improved efficiency and land-sourcing competitiveness.

Asset Solution surges

The Asset Solution segment — building and selling income-generating condominiums and apartments to investors, plus condominium land — grew revenue 73.2% to ¥6.22 billion and ordinary profit 70.4% to ¥610 million, handing over 7 income condominiums, 6 income apartments and 15 land lots. The group also runs a lodging business through subsidiary HouseBird, converting vacant houses and villas into accommodation.

Balance sheet

Total assets rose to ¥38.58 billion and net assets to ¥8.61 billion, for an equity ratio of 22.3% and net assets per share of ¥1,495.94.

Dividend and outlook

Agre raised its FY2026 annual dividend to ¥118.00 per share, up from ¥96.00, and guides a further increase to ¥140.00 for FY2027. For the year to March 2027 it guides revenue of ¥47.46 billion (+28.4%), operating profit of ¥4.06 billion (+23.8%), ordinary profit of ¥3.31 billion (+19.0%) and net profit of ¥2.29 billion (+18.8%), for EPS of ¥398.73.
