Visional, Inc. (TSE: 4194) — operator of "BizReach," Japan's leading scout-type direct-recruiting platform, alongside HR-technology SaaS and incubation businesses — reported cumulative nine-month results on June 11, 2026 for the period to April 2026 (fiscal year ends July). Revenue rose 24.3% year-on-year to ¥73,157 million, operating profit gained 12.2% to ¥19,612 million (a 26.8% operating margin), ordinary profit advanced 17.2% to ¥21,438 million, and net profit attributable to owners climbed 13.2% to ¥14,214 million, lifting EPS to ¥353.89.
BizReach scale-up drives the top line
Growth continued to be led by BizReach, which connects companies and recruitment agencies directly with registered professional candidates as Japan's labour market tightens and mid-career hiring expands. Operating profit grew more slowly than revenue (+12.2% vs +24.3%), reflecting continued investment in headcount, marketing and new HR-Tech products. Total assets stood at ¥112,524 million and net assets at ¥82,333 million, for an equity ratio of 72.5%.
Thinkings acquisition adds applicant-tracking software
During the period Visional consolidated Thinkings Inc., the developer of the "sonar ATS" applicant-tracking system, broadening its HR-technology suite beyond candidate sourcing into the recruiting-workflow software used by employers. The deal extends Visional's reach across the hiring funnel and is the main change to its consolidation scope this year.
For the full year to July 2026 Visional guided revenue of ¥99,200 million (+23.7%), operating profit of ¥23,100 million (+7.7%), ordinary profit of ¥23,530 million (+3.6%) and net profit of ¥16,081 million (+0.8%), equivalent to EPS of ¥401.05 — implying continued strong revenue growth while profit is tempered by investment and acquisition-related costs.
