Operating cash flow was ¥19,567 million.
Higher dividend, cautious FY2027 outlook
Token raised its annual dividend to ¥360.00 per share (from ¥330) and plans a further increase to ¥400 for FY2027. For the year ending April 2027, however, it guided revenue of ¥408,218 million (+5.6%) but lower profits — operating profit of ¥20,175 million (−9.8%), ordinary profit of ¥21,108 million (−9.9%) and net profit of ¥14,568 million (−9.9%), equivalent to EPS of ¥1,312.40.
The group combines apartment construction with long-term rental management and brokerage, giving it a recurring-revenue base alongside its construction order book.
