Cloud projects scale up
TerraSky Co., Ltd. (TSE: 3915) reported consolidated results for the first half of FY2/2027, March 1 to August 31, 2026, on October 15, 2026 under Japanese GAAP. Net sales rose 22.9% to ¥16,365 million, operating profit 117.3% to ¥1,361 million and ordinary profit 104.1% to ¥1,433 million. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent rose 116.3% to ¥880 million, or ¥68.22 per share. The company said demand for Salesforce systems is holding up despite concern about generative AI, helped by Salesforce's Agentforce AI agents, and that the number of large implementation projects it handles jointly with NTT DATA, a capital and business partner since 2024, has grown. During the half it also began running BLADE, an AI-driven development model built on its Salesforce know-how.
Both segments grow
The solutions segment, which covers cloud implementation and development centred on Salesforce, AWS licence resale by listed subsidiary BeeX and the rest of the group, grew sales 22.8% to ¥15,173 million, also helped by consolidating Kit Alive. Segment profit rose 37.4% to ¥2,044 million as outsourcing was restrained and losses narrowed at quantum-computing subsidiary Quemix and the Thai unit. The products segment, home of the mitoco groupware, grew sales 23.4% to ¥1,312 million on subscription growth across all products and ERP-related implementation work, and swung to a segment profit of ¥86 million from an ¥80 million loss after last year's closure of its U.S. subsidiary.
Balance sheet and outlook
Total assets rose 7.8% to ¥23,953 million and net assets 8.9% to ¥16,301 million, lifting the equity ratio to 57.4% from 56.5%. Operating cash flow improved to ¥1,564 million from ¥97 million. The company left its FY2/2027 forecast unchanged: net sales of ¥34,349 million (+22.4%), operating profit of ¥2,541 million (+62.9%), ordinary profit of ¥2,628 million (+52.2%) and net profit of ¥1,526 million, down 2.9%. It plans a year-end dividend of ¥17, up from ¥16.
